Fix: A bug introduced in v6.16.3 would cause calculations to break in some cases because of a JavaScript TypeError.

New: HTML field descriptions now support the [form_name] shortcode.
Fix: PDF thumbnail images will now be used as expected when file protection is enabled.

Fix: Calculations wouldn't work properly when the same form was loaded multiple times on the same page, like when using in-place editing when the form is also loaded on the page.

Fix: JSON default values are no longer decoded for field types that expect string values only.
Fix: Conditionally hidden dropdown values were not working as expected when the dropdown had no options with empty values.
Fix: A fatal error would occur when trying to search for entries by timestamp using an invalid non-date value.
Fix: Fields with errors would not focus on page load when the global setting to fade in forms on page load was enabled.
